Project Overview
Reilly CM served as the Construction Manager on the Sierra Linda Drive 16” Water Pipeline & Valve Replacements in San Pasqual Road for Rincon del Diablo MWD. This project involved the construction of approximately 1,800 LF of 16-inch diameter potable water distribution main within the City of Escondido and County of San Diego right of ways; installation of gate valves, butterfly valves, air valve assemblies; blow off assemblies; line stops; asphalt concrete pavement restoration; Portland cement concrete and pavement restoration. Critical to the project was scheduling and coordinating four shutdowns of existing water mains and connections to existing pipelines affecting up to 300 residents. Our responsibilities were to apply professional knowledge, skill, and expertise in the fields of construction management, quality management, change control, claims prevention, field inspections, and contract administration for all aspects of the scope of work in order to facilitate completion within budget, on schedule, and in compliance with all requirements throughout the completion of the construction contract for the Project.
