Padre Dam Municipal Water District Eastern Service Area Secondary Connection Project

Mr. Reilly was the Construction Manager for Eastern Service Area Secondary Connection Project. Scope of services included providing overall leadership and management for the $15 Million ESA Secondary Connection Project involving the construction of a 2.5-million gallon pre-stressed concrete reservoir, 12 MGD pump station with standby generator and surge control facility, a San Diego County Water Authority flow control facility, and 6,400 lineal feet of 20-inch cement mortar lined and coated steel pipeline. Managed the weekly coordination meetings, submittal review and processing processes, schedule management, responding and tracking contractor requests for information, contract documentation and control services, processed pay requests, responded to contractor changes in scope of work, and functioned as the main point of contact with Padre Dam Management.
