Mr. Reilly has over 30 years of varied experience in the Southern California waterworks industry, serving as a Vice President/Principal in Charge/ Project Manager/Construction Manager/Resident Engineer/Inspector, with a specific emphasis in the facilitation and coordination of municipal and federal infrastructure improvement projects. Mr. Reilly has experience facilitating effective team communication and resolving issues on construction projects including water and wastewater treatment facilities, hydroelectric facilities, pump stations, reservoirs, pipelines, and public buildings. He has served as Project Manager on previous As-Needed contracts managing multi-disciplined teams on multiple concurrent task orders for clients including San Diego County Water Authority, City of San Diego, and Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton.
Mr. Reilly has been recognized for his ability to troubleshoot construction issues on Water Infrastructure projects and finding partnering solutions to difficult problems doing his best to arrive at win-win outcomes. He manages the entire CM team and ensures to work within CM budgets communicating in transparent fashion with all stakeholders to finish projects successfully.
