Project Overview

The scope of work for Los Pinos 2A Pump Station Improvements includes replacement of the existing booster pump station with new pumps, valves, piping, electrical power, meter, switchboard, motor starters, control panel, radio, slab on grade, canopy, fencing and gate.

Reilly CM provided construction management services as EVMWD’s representative to ensure the work was performed as designed, within budget, and within schedule. The work included providing and managing construction and materials testing sub-contracts as needed, coordinating the work with the existing EVMWD operations and providing field inspection for the construction contracts. Resident Engineering services were required for submittal reviews, pay requests, quality control, and general Construction Management services to support the construction efforts. Construction Observation was required to assure quality control, document work, and provide direct interaction with the construction Contractor. Reilly CM was expected to maintain the construction records and transmit them in an orderly fashion to EVMWD at the conclusion of the work. Qualified personnel for mechanical inspections, electrical inspections, instrumentation work, and site work were required. The field personnel needed to be able to manage the commissioning process.
