Elsinore Valley MWD Skymeadows Booster Pump Station Improvements Project
Project Overview
Reilly CM was the Construction Manager/Resident Engineer and Field Inspector for the 500 Calendar Day Skymeadows Booster Pump Station Improvements Project for Elsinore Valley MWD which included the construction of approximately 2,600 LF of new 8″ DIP suction and discharge pipeline, demolition of existing equipment and facilities, installation of discharge and suction surge tanks, 350 HP vertical turbine pump, canopy, and associated piping and appurtenances, motor control center (MCC}, electrical work, and civil site improvements. Coordination with the following external agencies is required:
• State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB)
• (SWRCB Order No. 2009-0009-DWQ, as amended, NPDES No. CAS000002) including the stormwater pollution prevention plan (SWPPP)
• General Waste Discharge Requirements for Discharges from Drinking Water Systems to Surface Waters (SWRCB Order No. 2014-0194-DWQ, NPDES No. CAG140001)
• South Coast Air Quality Management District (SCAQMD)
• City of Lake Elsinore Encroachment Permit
• County of Riverside Encroachment Permit
• Cleveland National Forest Special Use Permit
