Project Overview
Scott Reilly of Reilly CM was the Resident Engineer/ Inspector for the Catalina Pipeline Improvement project, working for the City of San Diego's Field Engineering Division. This design-build project, valued at $18.2 million dollars, enhanced the water and sewer system for the community of Point Loma and replaced old cast iron and AC water mains as part of the City's on-going program to improve water service and reliability.
